DepEd Memo No. 032, s. 2024, announces the conduct of enrollment in all Public Schools for S.Y. 2024-2025 from July 3 to 26, 2024.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT
For Kindergarten Pupils
Original and photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or Local Live Birth Certificate or Brgy. Certification
Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)
Incoming Kindergarten Pupils must be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2024
For Grade 1
Original and photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or Local Live Birth Certificate or Brgy. Certification
Kindergarten Report Card/ECCD Checklist/Certificate of Completion
Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)
For Grades 2 to 6
SF9 (Learner’s Report Card)
Confirmation Slip
For Transferees and Balik-Aral
Original and photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or Local Live Birth Certificate or Brgy. Certification
SF9 (Report Card) from Last School Attended
Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)
